Responsibilities
Answer the phone, greet visitors, and answer questions
Manage the main office email account, responding to a large number of emails annually
Pick up and deliver mail
Process, order, and stock supplies
Submit purchase orders
Complete general forms, enrollment and degree verifications, and loan deferment forms
Process transcripts and licensure forms
Responsible for scanning and linking documents to student records
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 years experience working in an administrative environment
Prior experience demonstrating good customer service skills
Proficient computer skills, using MS Word and Excel
Must be organized & able to work under pressure to meet deadlines with the ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to work collaboratively with others in problem-solving
Confident in communicating policy while maintaining a professional, courteous attitude
