Use engineering skills to transform the Navy's facilities
Support the modernization, piloting, and startup of new process facilities for chemical processes
Design and develop the Navy's premier facilities
Share electrical engineering expertise through leadership and mentoring junior staff
Facilitate teams including stakeholders from other companies
Involved in projects from concept design through detail design, construction, and commissioning
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience with electrical engineering in support of process plant design such as chemical synthesis plants, polymer environments, or manufacturing environments
Knowledge of power systems, grounding and bonding, or lightning protection
Ability to work on a cross functional team and in a hands-on field setting
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Preferred
Experience with energetics systems
Knowledge of process plants, such as chemical synthesis, polymers, or other manufacturing
Ability to travel in support of facilities projects
