Qualification
Required
Willing to work on-site at NextGen Academy in Austin, TX
Bachelor's degree in elementary education, reading, or a related discipline
Certification in structured literacy methods such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, or comparable evidence-based phonics frameworks
2+ years of experience providing small-group reading instruction to K-2 students or struggling readers
Proven capacity to evaluate student reading proficiency and independently design differentiated instruction
