Responsibilities
Cultivating strong connections with parents, students, and staff through clear, prompt, and considerate communication
Directing campus safety operations including entry protocols, incident reporting, emergency drills, and family coordination
Supervising daily campus logistics including attendance tracking, facility maintenance support, transportation arrangements, and office administration
Facilitating onboarding and orientation for new staff to ensure seamless integration into campus operations and culture
Administering student devices and campus technology, acting as the on-site resource and Google Administrator
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar roles
Comfort with basic technology tasks such as device setup, troubleshooting, and account administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills with parents, staff, and vendors
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Genuine interest in Montessori elementary education
Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Availability to work in-person in Cedar Park, TX, or willingness to relocate
