Responsibilities
Accurately enter daily, weekly, and monthly billable and non-billable time from attorneys into the firm's timekeeping software to adhere with the firm's time entry policy deadlines (e.g., Aderant, iTimekeep)
Review and edit time entry narratives for clarity, professionalism, and compliance with client guidelines (e.g., avoiding vague descriptions)
Ensure all entries comply with client-specific requirements, adjusting for any warnings or errors that appear in the system before submission including proper use of task and activity codes
Work directly with attorneys to resolve missing, incomplete, or duplicate time entries
Review finalized entries for accuracy and completeness
Handle sensitive client and financial information with the highest level of discretion
Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong and accurate typing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Adobe (PDFs)
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong data and task management skills
Clear, professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work at a computer workstation
