Responsibilities
Manage a queue of implementation tasks originating from both client and internal within a part-time workload
Monitor, process, and respond to incoming client cases
Maintain up-to-date task/case statuses to ensure effective communication and planning across the broader implementation team
Collaborate with other implementation team members to address technical configuration requirements
Communicate with the broader implementation team to address and resolve technical questions from clients, escalating as appropriate
Participate in client calls to provide best-practice guidance and implementation support as needed
Respond clearly and accurately to client needs via implementation cases and client emails
Assist clients with testing and validation of module implementations
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills
Ability to quickly learn various aspects of the Veracross product
Manage a scaled scope of implementation responsibilities appropriate for part-time work
Work closely with a Team Leader and/or other team members
Complete assigned project tasks
Manage a queue of incoming client requests
Assist with configuration of Veracross products according to client specifications
Support clients through core implementation activities
Participate in client calls as needed and scheduled in advance
Execute all assigned projects and tasks on time and with a high level of quality and client satisfaction
