Responsibilities

Verify loan information on the core system aligns with appropriate e-file loan documents for accuracy
Generate and monitor reports, resolve exceptions according to department procedures, and maintain thorough documentation of all decisions
Maintain up to date knowledge of mortgage loan product characteristics and apply accordingly to identify incorrect information and communicate any mapping, training or operational issues to supervisor
Accurately interpret and apply applicable government regulations and bank guidelines (RESPA, Reg Z, Homeowners Protection Act, HMDA, HOEPA, Ohio Revised Code, etc.) to all related functions of the position
Analyze and review retail loan products (mortgage and home equity) according to the corporate compliance checklist and resolve identified exceptions
Enlist appropriate stakeholders to provide information required to complete the mortgage loan file
Develop, monitor and assess test plans and report for daily tasks
Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required
