Managing vendor relationships to maintain proactive facility upkeep
Leveraging documentation and continuous feedback to refine and improve each operational workflow
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in school admissions or enrollment
Exceptional written and verbal communication
High emotional intelligence and independent drive
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Available to work in-person in Miami, FL or willing to relocate
Legally eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Preferred
Experience with safety oversight, regulatory compliance, or facilities management
In-depth familiarity with the local K–12 education environment
