Responsibilities
Utilize previous experience within Real Estate Law to prepare and review business-purpose lending loan documents
Manage the preparation of loan documents
Conduct legal research to stay up to date with changes in state laws and regulations of compliance
Advise on legal implications and risks related to loan documents
Lead and manage a team of paralegals while ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the team
Review and analyze system generated loan documents
Qualification
Required
7 or more years of experience in Real Estate Law
Active Bar member in good standing within your state
Proficiency in managing Salesforce or similar CRM software
Strong work ethic and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
