Responsibilities
Design, develop and prototype applications/solutions using agile methodologies
Exercise considerable latitude in translating “loose” customer requirements, mapping them to tangible technical requirements and developing proof-of-concepts spread over one or more 6-8 week iterations
Engage in Xtreme Programming practices with your peers, including pair programming, test-driven development, and rapid prototyping
Qualification
Required
Self-Motivated, Enthusiastic, Energetic and Passionate about technology and working as a part of a team, sometimes via pair programming
Ability and Open Mindedness to quickly learn about new development methodologies and cutting edge technologies (even on new technologies that aren't yet fully understood or matured)
Excellent track record in software design and development with experience with languages like Python/GoLang/Java/C++/JavaScript
Basic understanding of programming logic and patterns and the ability to learn new programming languages and patterns quickly
Basic understanding of system performance and scaling, debugging, diagnosing and troubleshooting software
Preferred
Familiarity with technologies like SQL/NoSQL, Graph/Vector DBs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LLMs, Hyperscale, Cloud, Enterprise, or SaaS, architectures/applications
Familiarity in building or maintaining data pipelines or ETL processes, MLOps, and the Hugging Face ecosystem
