Responsibilities
Provide executive-level leadership across all phases of enterprise-scale AI implementation projects, acting as the primary strategic partner for C-level stakeholders
Develop and manage trusted, long-term relationships with senior executives, influencing them to transform their businesses by incorporating AI
Lead and inspire large, cross-functional teams (analysts, data scientists, engineers) and assume ultimate responsibility for the planning, financial performance, and delivery of complex, interdependent workstreams
Provide authoritative technical guidance to architects and data scientists on data integration, model training, alignment, knowledge retrieval, and agentic workflows
Lead commercial negotiations, structure engagement terms, and serve as the final point of escalation to resolve critical issues and maintain project momentum
Supervise the development of client training and change management programs to ensure successful adoption and act as a dedicated mentor to cultivate the next generation of AI leaders at SDG
Qualification
Required
An outstanding academic record with a BA/BS degree is required
Experience leading a management consulting team in the implementation of artificial intelligence in large enterprises is required
A deep and intuitive understanding of how AI is applied in a business context to solve concrete operational and strategic problems is required
A deep understanding of machine learning and AI technology, including their mathematical underpinnings, practical applications, and operational requirements
A proven ability to influence senior executives and guide them through ambiguity
Exceptional talent for executive-level storytelling and translating complex technical concepts into compelling, non-technical narratives
An extensive record of leading high-performing, cross-functional teams in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Requires permanent, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
