Responsibilities
Helping to design, simulate, measure and interpret results for new quantum processors and associated components
Qualification
Required
Masters in Physics or related field
Experience laying out devices and simulating devices using electromagnetic and quantum physics
Experience using and modifying software to control quantum devices
Experience of using digital sources and digitizing hardware to control quantum devices
Preferred
PhD in Physics or related field
Superconducting device experience utilizing Josephson junctions
Experience in loading microwave quantum devices in cryogenic systems
Experience with superconducting surfaces and proximitized superconductors
Experience with designing microwave circuits
Experience with dilution fridges
Knowledge of quantum error correction codes and the necessary hardware needed to run these codes
