Support site leadership with day‑to‑day HSE needs
Lead pre‑job planning and monitor emergency readiness
Conduct site walks, inspections, and safety checks
Use Enablon for observations, inspections, and CAPA follow‑up
Drive corrective/preventive actions to closure
Spot trends and communicate key safety issues
Join planning meetings to align safety with operations
Participate in audits and share lessons learned
Qualification
Required
Previous wind HSE experience
Comfortable working onsite and at height
Strong communication and field judgment
