Assists in preparation and control of records, statistics and reports
Gathers, prepares and distributes data
Monitors procedures and operational conditions
Recommends process improvements
Completes special projects often requiring area specific knowledge as assigned by management
Serves as area's project liaison with others within and outside the company
Qualification
Required
Associates degree. Degree Equivalency: 2 years' job-related work experience
4 years of project coordination or other job related work experience including 2 years working proficiently with word processing, desktop publishing, spreadsheet and database applications software
Excellent interpretation and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Excellent organization and project coordination skills
Customer service skills
Ability to persuade, negotiate or influence
Knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
Microsoft Office
Preferred
6+ years of experience in project coordination and calendar management
Strong proficiency in reporting and data analysis
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including creating and managing complex spreadsheets
