Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Field Service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction
Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a leadership role within field service management
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to develop, execute, and follow up on Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are met

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to drive change and innovation
Results-oriented approach
Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, analysis, and operational management
Experience monitoring performance metrics, analyzing KPI trends, and driving corrective actions
