10+ years expRAM Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead its core operational functions. The COO will oversee all construction and field operations to ensure project excellence, safety, profitability, and scalability while being a key member of the executive leadership team.

Responsibilities
Oversee all company operations, including project execution, field performance, and resource allocation
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards
Lead and manage all regional directors to maintain operational discipline and efficiency
Oversee and analyze company capital expenditures
Maintain oversight of company facilities and assets
Translate company strategy into actionable operational plans and measurable performance goals
Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs
Support business development efforts by ensuring operational readiness for new and expanding projects
Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and risk factors
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, quality requirements, and client specifications
Ensure estimating and preconstruction teams align with market conditions and produce accurate project plans
Build, lead, and retain high-performing operational teams
Mentor and develop operational and regional leadership
Promote a strong safety culture and reinforce company values across all job sites
Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Represent the company in project meetings, negotiations, and industry events
Ensure operational alignment with contract terms and client expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of senior operational leadership experience in construction
Proven experience managing complex, multi-site construction operations
Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, project controls, and field operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with project management systems and ERP software
Experience working in privately held companies with direct ownership involvement
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required
Regular office duties include sitting, standing, walking, and bending
Travel to job sites may be required
Job site environments may include exposure to typical industrial hazards
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when on job sites, including hard hats, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and other protective equipment as required

Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Experience with mining or industrial infrastructure projects
Understanding of mining industry operations and infrastructure requirements
