Responsibilities
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
Manage day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective functioning
Lead and manage staff to achieve organizational goals
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Provide senior leadership with regular updates on key projects, initiatives, and performance metrics
Manage communication channels between different departments and stakeholders
Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with external vendors or partners
Monitor sales performance metrics, provide regular reporting to the executive team, and implement strategies to increase revenue
Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, and privacy standards throughout the surgical sales process
Qualification
Required
Strong business development skills with a proven track record of driving growth
Excellent operations management abilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Proficiency in project management methodologies to successfully execute initiatives
Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles, providing strategic guidance and direction
Exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements and partnerships
Ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions
Strategic planning capabilities to align organizational goals with long-term objectives
Strong management skills to effectively lead teams and drive performance
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Proven ability to manage and grow a high-performing sales team, ideally within a medical or aesthetic practice
Strong understanding of surgical sales pipelines, patient consultation flow, and high-ticket conversion strategy
