Responsibilities

Design and implement test/control group frameworks for paperless billing campaigns
Partner with marketing stakeholders to define target audiences and exclusion criteria
Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from business teams
Build and maintain dashboards to track test performance and key metrics
Provide guidance on test design methodology and statistical rigor
Document campaign performance and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
Support CX-related marketing campaign tracking and analysis
Contribute to billing migration analytics, including customer segmentation and complexity tiering
Assist with broader marketing performance analysis and insights

Required

Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and test/control experiments
Ability to create clear, actionable dashboards and reports
Strong data quality validation and analytical rigor
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
Proven ability to manage high volumes of ad hoc requests
Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and documentation practices

Preferred

Snowflake – Cloud data warehousing experience
Tableau – Data visualization and dashboard creation
Databricks or Jupyter Notebooks – Exploratory analysis and documentation
Background in marketing analytics, especially campaign measurement
Experience with customer segmentation and targeting
Familiarity with churn analysis and retention metrics
Experience in subscription-based businesses is a strong plus
Fully remote role, with preference for candidates in the Pacific Time Zone
