Greystar is a leading global real estate platform specializing in property management and development. They are seeking a Concierge for their luxury high-rise apartment complex, Aspira, to enhance resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and community engagement activities.

Responsibilities
Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member
Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member
Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival
Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning
Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors
Ensure resident satisfaction through the planning and execution of regular resident events, celebrating significant milestones and delivering resident communication
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service and someone who can interact with a diverse group of people
Professional in dress & communication skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Knowledge about the neighborhood to assist residents and guests
Proficiency in using computers, internet, and basic software
Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
Incumbents must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
