Outside Sales Engineer
ToroAire is a leading HVAC manufacturer’s representative specializing in commercial HVAC systems. The Outside Sales Representative – Kitchen HVAC will focus on driving new business and managing existing accounts in the commercial kitchen and HVAC market, emphasizing relationship building and project development.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of contractor, engineering, and end-user relationships
Prospect and identify new business opportunities in the commercial kitchen and HVAC space
Promote and sell kitchen ventilation and HVAC solutions, including make-up air and exhaust systems
Work closely with customers to understand project needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions
Generate and follow up on project leads, specifications, and bid opportunities
Coordinate with inside sales, engineering, and operations teams to quote, track, and close projects
Support projects from early design/specification through order placement and completion
Conduct jobsite visits, customer meetings, and product presentations
Maintain accurate records of activity, opportunities, and forecasts
Represent ToroAire at industry events, trade shows, and customer functions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of outside sales experience in HVAC, mechanical, construction, or commercial kitchen equipment
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ventilation, or mechanical construction environments
Proven ability to build long-term relationships and manage a sales territory
Comfortable developing business, managing projects, and working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally within territory
Preferred
Experience calling on contractors, engineers, architects, or facility owners preferred
Commercial kitchen ventilation or make-up air systems
HVAC manufacturer's rep or distribution environment
Project-based or consultative technical sales
