Responsibilities
Architect and execute premium learning experiences – Develop workshops spanning math, science, philosophy, and creative writing while delivering 1-on-1 guidance to 15-20 gifted students advancing at 5-10x typical speed
Identify and resolve learning barriers – Modify strategies dynamically to support students who have surpassed conventional education and need to discover their intellectual advantage
Apply AI tools for customization
Partner and enhance – Improve workshop frameworks alongside colleagues and measure effectiveness using both qualitative responses and quantitative data
Qualification
Required
Elite educational background – Bachelor's degree from an Ivy League institution or equivalent university
Demonstrated academic distinction – National Merit Finalist, Olympiad medalist, early college graduation, or comparable accomplishment
Prestigious academic credential – Renowned scholarship (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), Mensa/Triple Nine Society membership, PhD, or university-level teaching experience
3 years of mentorship background – Experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching students in any setting
Regular AI engagement – Self-reported daily use of generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Geographic requirement – Prepared to relocate to or work on-site in Austin (Georgetown), TX
Employment eligibility – Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
