They are seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Inside Sales Consultants, focusing on driving revenue growth and enhancing team performance through strategic sales strategies and exceptional service to travel advisor partners.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and revenue targets
Accelerate pipeline movement through well-structured sales plays, incentive programs, and contests
Track and analyze important metrics, including revenue, margins, rep attainment, and forecast accuracy, to ensure targets are met or exceeded
Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Consultants through consistent, 1:1 mentor, call reviews, and performance feedback
Quickly address performance gaps with individualized development plans that get results
Cultivate a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, transparency, and continuous learning
Leverage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipeline visibility and sales forecasting
Collaborate with Enablement and Training teams to ensure reps are fully equipped to succeed
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align sales efforts with broader business initiatives
Ensure the team delivers a personalized, consultative, high-touch sales experience tailored to the needs of the travel advisor
Champion customer happiness and dedication through proactive engagement and service excellence

Required

Experience in inside sales, with proven experience in a direct leadership role supporting consultative sellers in a quota-carrying environment
A proven record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams
A data-driven approach with experience in forecasting, performance analysis, and pipeline management
Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Microsoft) and sales enablement tools
Excellent communication, mentor, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience leading remote or hybrid teams
Hours of operation are between 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT, and flexibility to work within these hours will be required

Preferred

Experience in the travel industry or a consultative sales environment preferred
Familiarity with AI-enabled sales tools and lead scoring systems
Passion for European travel and understanding of the travel advisor ecosystem
