Qualification
Required
Legal expertise in Trademark Law, Patent Law, and general legal principles
Proficiency in handling Trademarks, including registration, defense, and enforcement
Experience with Domain Names and management of intellectual property portfolios
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in a relevant jurisdiction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment
Preferred
Familiarity with technology or digital transformation projects is a plus
