Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Capture photo and video content on-site at stores and events
Maintain consistent branding across multiple entities
Manage social media calendars, promotions, and campaigns
Engage with customers and respond to reviews and comments
Identify and collaborate with local influencers and community partners
Coordinate with leadership on marketing initiatives and priorities
Track promotion/event performances and adjust strategies based on results
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field
Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for brands
Strong content creation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously
Comfortable working in a hybrid role and traveling locally
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe, Wix, Constant Contact, or similar
Valid driver's license required
