Responsibilities
Answering inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours with communication that is clear, warm, and consistent with Alpha's values
Organizing and running admissions events, campus tours, and shadow day experiences for students
Keeping applicant records precise and current across admissions platforms and CRM systems
Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's model, respond to questions, and capture their input
Collaborating closely with campus leadership and admissions staff to ensure every family progresses smoothly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
At least 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a family-facing operations role
At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail
Availability to work on-campus in Miami, FL, or willingness to relocate
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
Experience supporting admissions events or parent-facing programs
Comfort operating in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
