Responsibilities

Maintaining a courteous, friendly attitude by greeting all callers pleasantly and in a timely manner
Leveraging internal systems to ensure detailed and accurate information from clients is captured in a fast and efficient manner
Preparing and shipping documents to clients using various mail carriers
Data entry, scanning and processing of documents
Assist the various departments within the business by supporting staff and the fulfilment of products or services
Maintaining office supplies, working with vendors, and performing general administrative and other job functions as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-motivated person with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent computer skills, including typing (data entry), scanning, email and internet research
Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical duties
Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining efficiency
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy required
Willing to learn multiple job skills

Previous office environment experience preferred
