Responsibilities
Lead the global benefits strategy across the US, UK, Brazil, India, Australia, and other key markets, balancing competitiveness, cost discipline, and local compliance
Own the full lifecycle of US benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), FSAs, and wellbeing offerings
Design and lead open enrollment and global benefits launches with clear, engaging communications and a strong employee experience
Manage and optimize regional brokers and vendors, including renewals, plan design, and service delivery across geographies
Serve as the global subject matter expert for leave and accommodations programs, including LOA, parental leave, Workers’ Comp, and disability
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks across markets and drive strategic improvements that enhance experience and control cost
Build and scale integrated wellbeing initiatives that support whole-person care and align with our mission
Ensure compliance with US and international regulations, including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, GDPR, and local statutory requirements
Deliver actionable insights through benefits data analysis, reporting, and cost modeling
Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for employees, managers, and HR partners globally
Qualification
Required
5+ years managing global benefits programs, including open enrollment, policy design, and benefits administration across multiple countries
2+ years of people leadership or demonstrated experience influencing and mentoring others
Strong knowledge of corporate benefits trends, wellbeing programs, and best practices
Deep understanding of US benefits regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, ADA, GINA, EEOC, COBRA, OSHA) and exposure to international frameworks
Exceptional communication skills, with experience translating complex benefits topics into clear, employee-friendly materials
Strong organizational and project management capabilities
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and manage external vendors
A proactive, confident leader with a genuine passion for employee experience
