They are seeking an Associate Field Service Representative to support operations in the DMV area, ensuring timely and professional service to patients throughout their fitting and follow-up care.

Responsibilities
Support the regional Sales Representative with day-to-day operations
Contact patients to coordinate appointments and fittings
Deliver, Retrieve and prepare products for patient fittings
Complete all related paperwork accurately for billing and compliance
Treat Protected Health Information (PHI) with confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards
Follow up with patients after fittings to ensure satisfaction
Field incoming calls from patients and either assist directly or route inquiries appropriately
Maintain organized records and communicate clearly with internal departments
Travel throughout the DMV region regularly using a personal vehicle
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to travel extensively within the region
Preferred
College coursework or degree preferred
Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative work is a plus, but not required
While not required, certified pedorthists and/or certified orthotic fitters will be given priority consideration
