Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations to ensure all activities are completed on time and within defined scope and constraints
Implement and maintain detailed on‑site work plans and schedules, coordinating with internal teams and field staff
Monitor changes to on‑site requirements, timelines, or resource needs, escalating issues as needed
Coordinate internal crews and on‑site third‑party vendors to ensure smooth workflow and safe execution of tasks
Track and measure on‑site performance using appropriate checklists, tools, and reporting methods
Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and other stakeholders
Meet with clients and project leaders to clarify work requirements and report on on‑site progress
Escalate challenges, delays, or safety concerns to project management as necessary
Perform additional on‑site duties as assigned by project leadership
Qualification
Required
7+ years of work experience in site supervision, construction management, or a related field
Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Solid organizational abilities with strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with basic site documentation tools
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on experience
