Responsibilities
Manage and respond to all admissions inbox communications, delivering timely, considerate, and polished responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with a high level of precision and care
Attend and support all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow visits, and community gatherings, whether held on-site or online
Work directly with Lead Guides to arrange and schedule shadow day experiences for prospective students
Maintain admissions platforms, applicant files, and follow-up workflows with accuracy and consistency
Qualification
Required
Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment coordination, or a closely related area
2+ years in a client-facing role within admissions, enrollment services, event coordination, or similar functions
Proven administrative and organizational abilities; you are dependable and methodical
Demonstrated attention to detail and familiarity with managing applicant databases or CRM systems
Comfortable navigating a mix of remote responsibilities and on-site campus duties
Capable of responding swiftly and thriving in a fast-moving, mission-focused organization
Authorized to work in the US and available to work in-person in Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; or NYC, NY
