7+ years expFulkrum is seeking an E&I Turnaround Planner to manage electrical and instrumentation planning for outages. The role involves owning the E&I outage scope from planning to execution, developing work packs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
Own assigned E&I outage scope from planning through execution
Build detailed work plans and activities in a turnaround planning tool (tasks, labor, durations)
Develop work packs for field and contractor use (drawings/P&IDs, BOMs, tools, safety steps, QC requirements, photos as needed)
Coordinate materials (pricing, expediting, ensuring availability)
Provide daily updates during execution and coordinate contractor field work
Drive safe work practices, housekeeping standards, QA/QC compliance
Support change control/MOC documentation and job closeout
Qualification
Required
7+ years in E&I maintenance planning / turnaround package planning (journey-level E&I background a plus)
Ability to interpret E&I drawings and P&IDs
Experience preparing/reviewing test/work packages
Strong knowledge of electrical equipment (power distribution, motors, heaters) and process instrumentation (flow/level/pressure/temperature)
Proficiency with MS Office, plus common planning systems (ERP, scheduling tools, PDF markup)
Strong safety leadership mindset; able to perform field walkdowns and site coordination
TWIC + OSHA required
PPE required onsite (hard hat, safety glasses, steel toe boots, FRC)
Preferred
Industrial outage experience preferred (oil & gas / heavy industrial)
