Responsibilities
Process and validate medical record requests from patients and authorized entities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of health information
Collaborate with patients and healthcare providers via our call center to resolve inquiries and provide status updates on record requests
Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations to safeguard protected health information (PHI) at all times
Qualification
Required
1 - 2 years of experience in Release of Information (ROI) or Health Information Management
Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
High school diploma or equivalent (Mandatory); additional healthcare certification (e.g., RHIT) is a plus
