Responsibilities
Setting up materials, equipment, and environments for workshops and learning sessions
Supporting academic staff in their instructional efforts
Monitoring and facilitating student participation and engagement
Managing session transitions and coordinating schedules
Receiving mentorship from leaders who are transforming K-12 education
Assist Guides in fulfilling Alpha's core commitments to students: driving academic achievement, cultivating life skills, and building a genuine passion for learning
Qualification
Required
Available to work on-site at our Miami campus
Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with complete flexibility to select your schedule within school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Full-time option available
Prior experience working with children
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Warm, approachable, and child-friendly demeanor
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
Benefits
$60,000 salary + benefits for full-time
$30,000 USD/year assuming 20 hours per week and 50 weeks per year
