Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for managing digital technology assets across the organization
Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize software usage
Maintain a comprehensive inventory of IT assets and track their lifecycle using the ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with IT Managers to validate and maintain software contracts and licensing information
Generate reports to provide insights on asset utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities
Coordinate with procurement and IT teams for hardware and software acquisitions and renewals
Support audits by reconciling asset records and addressing discrepancies promptly

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, preferably with ServiceNow HAM & SAM
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Solid understanding of software licensing models and enterprise system integrations

Preferred

Experience working in large IT departments and managing multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with IT Financial Management and purchasing processes
Certifications in ITIL 4.0, ServiceNow, or IAITAM
Background in supporting asset management in environments with complex licensing
