Netstal Field Service Engineer - Southeastern US
Netstal is a leader in high-speed injection molding technology, expanding its service organization across the Americas. The Field Service Engineer will provide hands-on installation, troubleshooting, repair, and technical support for Netstal equipment, ensuring optimal customer operations.

Responsibilities
Ensure equipment performance meets customer requirements
Provide technical and troubleshooting support to customers on-site and by phone
Install, repair, replace, and service Netstal equipment and related systems
Deliver technical guidance on product application
Conduct training and service programs on operation and maintenance when needed
Independently resolve complex technical issues requiring ingenuity and strong diagnostic ability
Troubleshoot and correct all problem areas efficiently and effectively
Work confidently with control systems
Manage special projects, follow procedures, and maintain clear documentation
Support and train less experienced service personnel when assigned
Maintain strong customer relationships through communication, professionalism, and responsiveness
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or Associate Degree in a technical field
3–5 years of related mechanical/electrical experience (preferably as a Field Service Engineer/Technician)
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Strong understanding of machinery processes including robotic equipment, operations, and installations
Experience supporting complex industrial or automation equipment
Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer communication
