Responsibilities

Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build foundational competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage children and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
Reviewing student performance data to refine your methods continually and identify actionable insights
Working alongside the technology team to assess and improve AI-powered literacy tools

Qualification

Master's degree in reading instructionAdvanced certification Orton-GillinghamAdvanced certification WilsonAdvanced certification LETRSAI/adaptive learning toolsSmall-group reading interventionsDifferentiated instruction

Required

Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
Capable of assessing reading levels, grouping students, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre-written curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning tools and able to respond to student behaviors within these systems
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Ability to work on-site at one of our campuses: Palo Alto, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; Chantilly (Washington), VA
