They are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Paralegal to support their mass tort team through all phases of litigation, managing large-scale cases and assisting attorneys with legal documentation and case management.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with all phases of mass tort litigation, including pre-litigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Draft and manage legal documents such as complaints, discovery requests and responses, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence
Organize and maintain case files, pleadings, exhibits, and discovery materials in electronic case management systems
Manage large volumes of medical records and other client documentation
Track deadlines, court orders, and scheduling requirements across multiple jurisdictions in case management - Filevine
Coordinate client intake, fact development, and ongoing client communications
Assist with e-discovery, document review, and production in accordance with court rules and protocols
Support trial preparation, including exhibit lists, trial binders, and witness coordination as needed
Coordinate deadlines with local counsel
Qualification
Required
Paralegal certificate or equivalent education and experience
Minimum of 2–5 years of litigation paralegal experience; mass tort or plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of civil procedure, discovery rules, and litigation workflows
Experience filing in state and federal courts
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
Preferred
Plaintiff-side mass tort or MDL experience
Medical record review and summarization
E-filing in state and federal courts
E-discovery platforms and document management systems
Multi-district litigation (MDL) procedures
