Responsibilities
Lead capital projects across a diverse portfolio of agricultural facilities, including Feed Mills, Grain Elevators, Flour Mills, Soy/Crush Plants, and Ethanol Facilities - from concept through completion
Manage industrial or agricultural CapEx projects
Develop scope, budget, and cost control
Manage contractors and vendors
Schedule and allocate resources
Qualification
Required
Experience managing industrial or agricultural CapEx projects
Familiarity with facilities such as feed mills, grain handling, milling, processing, or ethanol plants
Strong skills in: Scope development, Budgeting and cost control, Contractor and vendor management, Scheduling and resource allocation
Comfortable traveling up to 50%
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
Strong communicator who builds trust with site managers and leadership
