Responsibilities

Directly oversee and grow a consulting delivery team of over 50 team members including managers and consultants. Indirectly oversees and coordinates a team of over 100 matrixed consulting delivery resources
Directly oversees a substantial project portfolio consisting of 1,000 customer implementation projects
Meets or exceeds key quarterly and annual organizational performance metrics related to delivery quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, revenue, and profitability
Drives strategic direction of the Products Industry Team. Works closely with Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute strategic plan
Partners with Oracle Netsuite Sales Leaders to ensure successful sale and delivery of professional services in addition to providing high level consultation in support of sales opportunities
Develop relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with the delivery of professional services
Drive the continuous evolution of Professional Services through incorporation of best practices, consistent, high quality and repeatable solutions, and by building of strong professional services team and brand
Creates and implements operational processes to drive consistency and support achievement of practice business strategy
Recruits, develops, and retains a high-performing team of consultants
Continually manages capacity, productivity, and competency of team
Develops and maintains strong cross-departmental relationships, including License Sales, Consulting Sales, Advanced Customer Support, Support, Product Development, and Product Marketing
Interacts with executive levels both internal and external to Customer Success Organization regarding matters that influence policies and strategies
Assesses and manages business risk in pursuit of overall business goals

Required

10+ years of experience in consulting

Demonstrates a high degree of accountability/ownership in attainment of monthly & quarterly performance objectives
Open to constant change and innovation; proven ability to drive change and adoption throughout organization
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volume and velocity environment with aggressive growth targets and multiple, sometimes conflicting, priorities
15+ years of Products – Retail, Manufacturing, WholeSale Distribution Industry consulting experience and demonstrated success in building and running a global technology-based professional services organization which includes significant nearshore and offshore development operations
A proven track record of delivering services to large global/complex enterprises ranging F500 through to early-stage startups
A proven track record of strong working relationships between the various groups in Customer Success (Customer Success Pre-Sales, ACS, LCS, Support) as well as across the organization (GTM, Product Development, Sales, Account Management, Engineering) in order to successfully support the goals of our employees, customers, and business
Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding performance expectations as a Delivery Leader for 5-7 years
A results-oriented and business savvy technology leader who has overseen project portfolios of over 250 client-facing implementation projects
A track record of enabling and developing the skills and careers of direct reports (ie: senior managers and directors)
Proven customer engagement skills and track record of delivering, deploying and implementing large enterprise SaaS or cloud-based technologies
Demonstrated success as a customer facing executive
Strong technical background and process capability
Strong application solution experience – ideally with ERP, CRM or similar scale solution. Oracle Netsuite and/or Oracle platform is a plus, however competitive solutions will be considered (e.g. Dynamics/Great Plains, JD Edwards, SalesForce.com, SAP, PeopleSoft, Infor)

Must have the credibility and commercial maturity necessary to give high-quality input to senior management meetings as well as presentations to the customer base

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
