Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Partner with Capture and Sales to shape win strategies, conduct competitive analysis, and clearly articulate value propositions

Proposal Management: Lead cross-functional teams (SMEs, writers, editors) through the entire process, managing schedules, resources, and performance

Content & Compliance: Translate solicitation requirements into compliant outlines and compelling content while ensuring strict adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations

Execution: Oversee writing, editing, pricing alignment, and final packaging/delivery

Continuous Improvement: Support post-submission clarifications/orals and lead lessons-learned reviews to refine templates and processes

Required

Minimum of ten years of experience in federal government proposal development

Minimum of ten years of experience understanding of FAR and other relevant regulations

Minimum of ten years of experience demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Membership in professional organizations related to proposal management (e.g., APMP)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and proposal management software

U.S. Citizenship is required
