Evaluate existing tools and data integration
Define an ideal future state using best practices and emerging technologies
Recommend improvements in technology, processes, and organizational structure
Deliver a phased implementation roadmap

Qualification

Business analysisData analysisRoadmap definitionLeadership experiencePublic sector experience

Required

Completed 4-year degree with 4+ years of business analysis experience
3+ years of combined business and data analysis experience
Prior or current experience defining roadmaps for large organizations
Experience being in leadership roles, comfortable advising client stakeholders
Ability to commute onsite to LA office 2-3 days per week

Preferred

Previous public-sector experience preferred
