Responsibilities

Work with a team of quality engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies, plans, and processes that form the backbone of our quality initiatives
Conduct product and process audits to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance quality

Required

2 or more years of experience in quality engineering or a related field
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
Experience with statistical analysis tools and techniques to support quality initiatives
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

Preferred

Experience in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating understanding of quality challenges
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement practices
Ability to drive data-driven decisions and enhance quality assurance efforts
Experience in Quality Management or a related field
Experience with AS9100 or other quality management systems
