5+ years expTaktile is seeking its first US-based Legal hire as a Senior Commercial Counsel. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the sales contract lifecycle for the Americas and building the legal operations that will support the company for years to come.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales contract lifecycle for the Americas
Draft and negotiate high-stakes MSAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs and NDAs with sophisticated fintechs and global banks
Design and implement Taktile’s US sales-legal workflow
Create playbooks, fallback positions, and 'self-service' tools for our GTM team
Lead legal strategy for our burgeoning reseller and partner ecosystem
Review and negotiate key vendor and technology agreements
Advise on US privacy laws, AI and automated decision-making regulations, financial services requirements (FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, AML/BSA, UDAP/UDAAP), and data security standards as they impact Taktile's platform and customer contracts
Coordinate with our German HQ (Taktile GmbH) regarding IP licensing and intercompany agreements under the Taktile Holding umbrella
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership
5+ years of experience in tech transactions, with significant time spent in-house at a high-growth SaaS or Fintech company
Preferred
You understand the nuances of credit risk, lending data, and the regulatory scrutiny our customers face
You don't just want to review redlines; you want to implement a CLM and automate the 80% so you can focus on the strategic 20%
