Responsibilities
Have a Bachelor’s, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Biology, Genetics, biomedical engineering, or related field with 2-5 years of experience
Be well-versed in designing and executing cell and molecular biology experiments and interpreting data
Perform complex genomics protocols, including custom DNA/RNA amplicon preparation/sequencing, massively parallel reporter assay (MPRA) experience preferred
Must have primary cell culture experience, iPSC and/or T cell culture preferred
Execute molecular biology protocols, including molecular cloning, flow cytometry, and quantitative PCR
Particular experience in one or more of viral vector technology (lentivirus), NGS library design/generation, and scRNA-seq/scMPRA
Be self-motivated, analytical, highly organized, and have great communication and interpersonal skills
Contribute to team-based science and technology development
Demonstrate a passion for science and eagerness to learn
Qualification
Required
