Responsibilities
Execute and fulfill R&D system and enterprise tool requests
Provide timely and professional support to scientists and engineers
Act as a subject matter expert for one or more R&D digital tools or systems
Support R&D processes such as records management, lab data, and change requests
Identify manual processes and recommend automation or digitization improvements
Assist with data migration and system migration activities
Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulated R&D processes
Support audits, documentation, and data retrieval activities
Collaborate with a global, cross-functional R&D support team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, IT, or a related field
2+ years of experience in system support, operations, engineering support, or automation roles
Ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes
Strong attention to detail and execution-focused mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with enterprise tools such as EDMS, LMS, or project management systems
Exposure to automation, scripting, AI tools, or prompt engineering
Experience with SaaS platforms
Experience with SAP, Cornerstone, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office
Prior experience supporting R&D, engineering, or regulated environments
