Responsibilities
Lead Solution Enhancements: Lead functional discussions for minor enhancements to existing Maximo-based EAM solutions with internal and client teams, ensuring effective collaboration and solution delivery
Architect Support: Provide architect support for Maximo EAM solutions, applying deep expertise in Maximo-based solutions to meet client needs
Solution Design: Design and develop solutions that meet client requirements, leveraging knowledge of Maximo-based EAM solutions to drive effective solution delivery
Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance on Maximo-based EAM solutions to ensure successful solution implementation
Solution Testing: Oversee the testing of Maximo-based EAM solutions, ensuring that solutions meet client requirements and are thoroughly tested before deployment
Qualification
Required
Deep Expertise in Maximo EAM: Proven experience with Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Maximo-based solutions and their applications
Solution Architecture Experience: Experience in designing and developing solutions that meet client requirements, leveraging knowledge of Maximo-based EAM solutions to drive effective solution delivery
Technical Leadership: Experience leading functional discussions for minor enhancements to existing solutions with internal and client teams, including design, build, and test teams
Client-Facing Experience: Experience collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance on Maximo-based EAM solutions to ensure successful solution implementation
Solution Testing Oversight: Experience overseeing the testing of Maximo-based EAM solutions, ensuring that solutions meet client requirements and are thoroughly tested before deployment

Master's Degree
Additional Maximo Module Knowledge: Experience with various Maximo modules, such as supply chain or service management, can be beneficial in designing comprehensive solutions for clients
