Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows, scripts, and integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and performance of implementations
Utilize UI Builder, Service Portal, Creator Studio, and App Engine Studio for rapid development and prototyping
Establish and follow best practices for ServiceNow configuration, customization, and data/process security
Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and features, recommending process improvements where appropriate
Qualification
Required
Certification is Must
Familiarity with ServiceNow Integration Hub and ServiceNow CIS in FSM and CSM and CAD (Developer) is required
Minimum 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Proven experience implementing or customizing ServiceNow CSM, FSM, and SOM
Strong understanding of ServiceNow domain separation and security
Solid background in software development
Client-callable and server-side scripting
JavaScript (Rhino engine), AngularJS, jQuery, Node.js, HTML/CSS, Apache Jelly, and Groovy
Proficiency in developing Service Portal widgets and complex workflows
Experience with low-code/no-code tools, especially Creator Studio and App Engine Studio
Strong understanding of REST APIs, web technologies, and data structures
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment
