Responsibilities
Facilitating live virtual workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and overseeing group activities
Encouraging student participation and motivation through chat messages, recognition, and one-on-one engagement
Keeping learners engaged, confident, and connected throughout their instructional time
Providing logistical support to lead educators to ensure workshops run without interruption
Serving as a culture champion and reliable presence within student clubs and life skills programming
Facilitate engaging, virtual learning environments by ensuring students remain focused, organized, and motivated during each workshop
Qualification
Required
Available to work Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
Minimum of 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or guiding youth
Educational experience in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16)—must have attended school in one of these countries (current location may be anywhere)
Excellent communication skills and confidence using digital tools
Energetic, student-centered demeanor with attention to detail and smooth session flow
Preferred
Familiarity with online education platforms or youth development programs
Experience in summer camp settings, after-school programming, or student club leadership
