Responsibilities

Managing the complete relationship with NYC families from initial inquiry through enrollment, retention, and sustained advocacy
Facilitating high-impact information sessions and individual conversations that support families through complex, multi-stage decisions
Acting as the principal contact for parent concerns, feedback, and sensitive matters—addressing them decisively and professionally
Generating enrollment growth through on-site engagement, strategic outreach, and thorough integration into the local parent community
Mobilizing satisfied families as advocates and referral sources within NYC's closely interconnected networks

Required

Minimum 5 years in client-facing positions serving high-net-worth families (>$1M household income), with accountability for closing or enrolling $5K+ or multi-year commitments
Proven experience supporting families through multi-meeting decision journeys that culminated in signed agreements or documented commitments
Quantifiable outcomes from previous roles, including conversion rates and retention, satisfaction, or referral metrics
Experience autonomously managing a personal lead pipeline or community network from initial inquiry through final decision
Verified ability to coordinate events or services for 25+ high-profile individuals concurrently
Documented experience addressing sensitive issues, complaints, or confidential matters with successful resolution
Current residence in NYC or within a 1.5-hour commute; prepared to work on-site full-time and participate in local events
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred

Background in private education, philanthropy, luxury services, hospitality, wealth management, or concierge-level client relations
Pre-existing knowledge of NYC private school systems and parent social networks
Experience representing a mission-driven organization to discerning, high-visibility stakeholders
