Project Coordinator, Office of Innovation Tech Transfer & Commercial

The Project Coordinator will support the Commercialization Navigator in managing initiatives and partnerships to advance the development and commercialization of technologies and intellectual property at the university.

Responsibilities
Organize meetings and communications between technology transfer, inventors, and external partners
Maintain initiative and program timelines and documentation
Assist with the collection and analysis of data related to external partners, commercialization activities, and outcomes
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and non-confidential summaries based on external need
Assist with the development of program and project objectives and monitor quantitative and qualitative data on progress toward objectives for strategic communications, marketing and event teams
Provide oversight of the execution, deliverables and timeliness for all types of projects
Perform related duties based on departmental need
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement
One (1) year of relevant experience in program or project coordination
